Mobile container laboratory modules offer unlimited expansion potential and can meet all project-specific laboratory requirements – from simple sample preparation to analytical units. Typical containerized units are completely self-contained and include all necessary systems for compressed air, lighting, and ventilation. The only required service is the on-site power connection.

The containers are fully insulated and suitable for operation under all extreme climatic conditions. The laboratory operating area is climate-controlled, with exhaust air filtered and recirculated to ensure a comfortable working environment and reduce operating costs.

The laboratories can be configured to operate conventional crushing and grinding sample preparation equipment or linear automated systems. An expected yield of 200 prepared samples per day can be easily achieved. If on-site metallurgical testing, particle sizing, or chemical analysis is required, additional units can be developed to meet your specific laboratory needs.

Cost-effective, easy transport and fast site mobilization
The LITech range of mobile laboratories is constructed from standardized 20-foot and 40-foot containers. Upon completion, all units are inspected again to ensure compliance with international shipping regulations. Transporting and handling the labs is as simple and cost-effective as standard container shipping. No special handling or shipping procedures are required. Once on-site, the lab can be fully operational within hours.
