Proven technology for solid-liquid separation in laboratories, pilot plants and mines

Our Filter presses be in Laboratories and Mines They are widely used. They are robustly constructed and easy to operate. Our proven design enables rapid filtration, enabling difficult separation processes that would otherwise be extremely slow, such as sludge or process concentrate.

We offer our filter presses in a standard size range, with capacities of 4, 13, 24, and 41 liters. Due to their versatility, we offer various material combinations, including 306 & 316 stainless steel and mild steel. The vessels are available with either a natural finish or with a rubber or polyurethane lining.

Our filter presses are designed exclusively for use with solids suspended in water. If you require a different liquid suspension medium, please contact us for advice.

Floor mounting

The 13-, 24-, and 41-liter units feature rigid containers with screw caps, lids, and bases. The hinged lid can be rotated away from the container, and each unit is equipped with a pressure gauge and ball valves for controlling pressure buildup, venting, and draining.

The 4- and 13-liter filter presses feature a removable container on a fixed base. The hinged lid is positioned using a screw. As with the larger units, an additional ball valve allows for the targeted supply of sludge to the filter.
